Enrollment and Tuition

Enrollment Policies

Enrolling at Little Explorers means putting your child's growth first!

  • Peace of Mind: This will become evident the minute you enter our warm, safe facility, and speak with our staff. You will simply feel good about leaving your children with us. We’re licensed by the State of Texas.
  • A Wide Range of Programs for Your Children: We’re a complete childcare and preschool facility, providing top-notch childcare, education, and fun for children ages six (6) weeks to 12 years old.

  • The Best People, Part Two: Our staff is thoroughly trained for emergencies, holding regular mock drills, and the majority of them are CPR certified. They are also trained in First Aid and recognition of Communicable Diseases / signs of child abuse.
  • Proven Curriculum: We follow the MONTESSORI, REGGIO EMILIA, STEAM and FROG STREET Curriculum's, which is the nation’s leading preschool and childcare curriculum. We focus on exploration through Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics.

    In order to be enrolled in our Childcare, the following must be on file in the office and you will be required to update your child’s information, as needed, throughout the year:

    Unfortuantely, we cannot guarantee a spot for a newborn or sibling to parents who have children already enrolled in our daycare program. Consideration and priority will be given when space is available.

    We are not able to accept Part Time or Drop In's at this time, due to the demand of our classroom spots for Full Time children.

    Removal and Withdrawal Policy

    Little Explorers Childcare Center reserves the right to permanently withdraw your child or family from our daycare center. A child or family will be asked to leave our childcare center if problems cannot be successfully resolved or if our policies are continually violated.

    A two week notice must be given in writing before pulling your child out of Little Explorers Preschool. If there is no notice, you will be required to pay a termination fee equal to two weeks' tuition fees. If your child is removed or withdrawn from our daycare, you will not receive a refund if there is a credit on your account. (Regardless if a notice was given.)

    Tuition and Fees

    Tuition is due on Friday each week or before care on Monday. No checks are allowed. It will be considered late if not paid by Tuesday at pick-up. A late fee of $25 will be added to your bill.

    INFANTS: 6 WEEKS - 24 MONTHS Weekly / Monthly
    Full Time - up to 10 hrs a day, 5 days a week $319 / $1383
    Part Time - Half Days (6hrs) 5 days a week $269 / $1166
    Part Time - 3 days a week (Full Days) $269 / $1166
    Hourly Rate - Extended hours or Extra days $18/hr
    TODDLERS: 2 YEARS - 3 YEARS (UNPOTTY TRAINED)
    Full Time - up to 10 hrs a day, 5 days a week $299 / $1295
    Part Time - Half Days (6hrs) 5 days a week $259 / $1122
    Part Time - 3 days a week (Full Days) $259 / $1079
    Hourly Rate - Extended hours or Extra days $15/hr
    PRE-K: 3 YEARS - 5 YEARS (POTTY TRAINED)
    Full Time - up to 10 hrs a day, 5 days a week $279 / $1166
    Part Time - Half Days (6hrs) 5 days a week $229 / $993
    Part Time - 3 days a week (Full Days) $229 / $993
    Hourly Rate - Extended hours or Extra days $15/hr
    *4 and 5 years olds that are unpotty trained will pay an additional $30 per week

    Tuition Includes All Food Freshly Cooked Daily:

    • Breakfast (7:00 am to 8:30 am)
    • Lunch (11:00 am to 12:00 pm)
    • 3 Snacks (Morning, Afternoon and Evening)

    Milk is served with all meals and water with all snacks.
